FIFTY STATES AWAYAfter our night on the town in Nashville, I woke up feeling somewhat delicate (I believe this happens as you get older)! Ben ever the trooper did and excellent job of packing the bags and car before we bundled in the car and headed for a mighty breakfast.
We’ve noticed that once again the people of Tennessee are friendly! We’ve also noticed that outside of the tourist central areas (New York, Washington & Florida) that when we say ‘water’ no-one here has any idea what we are saying until Ben puts on an American accent! It’s quite funny but literally the only way we can get water!
Nothing much has happened over these past two days. We drove from Nashville to Memphis and have camped out. I have had an order for a custom made dog! The lady wishes to gift it to a friend for her birthday but only needs it in a very short deadline. She has been let down by another maker and although short on time I accepted the challenge! It also gave me time to update postage costs as I am now in the US.
